These conditions are governed by Portuguese Law and the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese Courts, or, alternatively, in the event of a dispute arising from a claim for a product purchased exclusively through the website, the Customer may submit their claim to the Online Dispute Resolution Platform.
